Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship from our facility in Cedar Park, Texas via USPS. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm CST or on weekends and holidays ship the following business day. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Economy: $4.90 (2-5 business days)
Standard: $6.90 (1-3 business days)
Free Shipping: Free on orders $50 and up (2-5 business days)

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4-7 business days on Economy and 2-4 business days on Standard.

Tracking

Every order includes USPS tracking, emailed to you as soon as your package ships. If you don't see tracking within 2 business days, check your spam folder or email info@shadowguarddynamics.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

USPS sometimes marks packages delivered before they physically arrive. If your package shows delivered but isn't there:

1. Check with neighbors and your mail carrier
2. Wait 48 hours. Packages often show up.
3. If still missing, email info@shadowguarddynamics.com and we'll help resolve it.

Packages confirmed lost in transit are replaced at no cost.

Damaged Packages

Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Join our email list to be notified.
