Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every Eclipse Cover and Solar Cover we ship. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirements

Products must be returned in unused, resellable condition with original packaging. Covers that have been installed and used cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Who Pays Return Shipping

  • Standard returns (changed mind, wrong fit, no longer needed): Customer pays return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: We cover return shipping. Email us photos and we'll send a prepaid return label.

How to Start a Return

Email info@shadowguarddynamics.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Photos (required if defective or damaged)

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable on standard returns. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

For a different optic model or color, the fastest path is: return the original for a full refund, then place a new order for the correct item. This gets you the right product sooner than a traditional exchange process.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn't fit your specified optic:

  1. Email info@shadowguarddynamics.com with clear photos within 7 days of delivery
  2. We'll ship a replacement at no cost and issue a prepaid return label for the defective unit

Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless defective on arrival)
  • Custom color orders (if applicable to your purchase)
